Toshimichi Okubo (大久保利通, Ōkubo Toshimichi) was one of the Three Great Nobles of the Restoration.
Appearance[]
Okubo has short dark hair that is long enough to cover the top of his ears, thick eyebrows, and a mustache that becomes large and frayed at the end. Okubo wears a dark suit with a bowtie on it.
Personality[]
Okubo was described as willing to use any means necessary in pursuit of his goals, which made him come off as being cold-blooded. However, he was also a very capable man whose decisions and actions stemmed from the strength of his determination.
Background[]
Okubo, along with Takayoshi Kido and Takamori Saigou were known as the Three Great Nobles of the Restoration that played a central role in bringing about a successful revolution. The three men's efforts resulted in Japan becoming the only country in Asia to proceed on the path to modernization.
